Changing Item Info

Item Info may be accessed from three menu items:

• Inventory Options
• Purchasing Options
• Shipping Options

Each option will present the Item Info command option, allowing you access Item Info.

1. To change an Item Info template, select the Item Info command option from one of the locations listed above.

2. A Select An Item window will appear and will list the Item Info templates currently defined in the system. Select the Item Info template that you want to change.

3. Command options will appear; select Change.

4. Use the arrow keys, tab, or Enter key to navigate between fields. Make the necessary changes and press Enter through the fields or press Page Down.

5. Command options will appear:

• Select Change to return to make additional changes to the Item Info template.
• Select Update to save changes.
• Select Delete to delete the Item Info template.
• Select Exit to exit and return to the Select An Item Info window.

Select Update. Your changes have now been saved.

Important: Your changes will not be saved unless you select Update.
